About Towwind Energy Saving Blower:

 

Our high speed energy saving blower has obvious features such as high energy saving, high efficiency, high air pressure and high air volume. The energy saving rate is as high as 60%-80% compared with the traditional blower, which greatly saves the cost of electricity for the factory. In addition, our products are easy to install, easy to maintain, light weight, long service life, and wind pressure can be adjusted flexibly, which makes replacing traditional blowers easier and more convenient.

 

Installation Instructions

  1. Before installation must ensure that the power has been turned off;
  2. Before installation, the original traditional fan has not been connected to the frequency converter,

such as connected to the original frequency converter must be removed;

  1. Correctly access the power input line to ensure safety and firmness;
  2. Ensure that the clean air filter is installed in place;
  3. After access to electricity, the operation indicator light green for normal.
  4. Pressure can be adjusted to the required size according to demand;
  5. Air volume and wind pressure with the outlet of the access pipe size automatically change, can be adjusted to

the ideal state according to demand, it is recommended that the wind pressure output, can extend the service

life of the fan.

 

Maintenance Instructions:

      It is recommended that the filter be changed once every 30 working days!

Installation Precautions

  1. If more than one fan is used at the same time, the air outlets of the

fans should not be connected together to prevent one fan from

starting and causing damage to the other fan by reversing the load

startup. (See Diagram 1)

  1. Prevent condensate from flowing back into the fan and damaging

the components (see diagram).

  1. When the air is stirred, the fan must be higher than the liquid level.

Precautions:

  1. Do not use in high temperature or sunshine, indoor use only.
  2. Do not cover the blower with objects when in use. 3.
  3. Do not place foreign objects on the air inlet, which may be sucked in and cause damage.
  4. Install the blower on a special stand to prevent it from being immersed in water.
  5. Be sure to connect the ground wire at the designated location and make sure it is securely installed.
  6. Turn off the power when not in use.
  7. Do not install the high-pressure energy-saving fan in a high altitude to prevent falling from a height
  8. It is recommended to replace the filter once in 30 working days.
